Terms & Conditions

1. We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. NO CHECKS. (3% charge when paying by charge or debit).

2. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.  All items sold as-is with no guarantees stated or implied.  In general we do not test anything this is the responsibility of the buyer if it is important.

3. California sales tax will be collected on all sales.

4. Buyer is responsible for removing all purchases on the day of sale, unless other arrangements are made directly with our Management (such as for large equipment).  Any item left by a buyer to be picked up later becomes the responsibility of said buyer, Merlin’s is not responsible for theft or missing items.

5. Merlin’s Estate Sales and its clients are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or personal injury.  

6. We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Buyers, you are responsible for the dismantling, removal, loading, and transporting of all your purchased items. You must come prepared with adequate help and supplies, not limited to: Your own Physical labor to load heavy items into your vehicle, tools for the dismantling of said purchase, moving blankets, paper packing materials, tie downs, ropes, tape and boxes.  If a Merlin’s staff person assists you in moving an item, please know this is outside of their assigned duties and tipping them for their help is expected.
